礼貌策略在各国的商务谈判中都普遍运用,但是受社会文化等因素的影响,其实现手段却各不相同。本文拟探究商务谈判汉英语中实现礼貌策略的语言手段。本文以面子理论为依据,综合运用文献法、对比分析法,结合从报纸、期刊、因特网上搜集而来的商务谈判实例,从词汇、句法和篇章三个层面对比分析汉语和英语商务谈判中实现礼貌策略的语言手段,以期为跨文化商务谈判提供借鉴。
Politeness strategies are commonly used in business negotiations in various countries, but the means of realization vary according to social, cultural and other factors. This article attempts to explore the linguistic means of negotiating politeness strategies in business English and Chinese. Based on the theory of face sub-theory, this article synthesizes the business negotiation examples of Chinese and English from three aspects of vocabulary, syntactic and discourse, using the literature method and comparative analysis method combined with the examples of business negotiation collected from newspapers, periodicals and the Internet The polite tactics language means, in order to provide reference for intercultural business negotiation.
