0 前言 在确定某个复杂工程的施工方案时,通常要考虑多个可行的备选方案,通过对各个方案的评价选择出最佳方案。要综合考虑技术、经济和社会效益等多方面的指标,这些指标间又因为量纲不同,很难统一成一个反映方案优劣程度的综合评价结果,给方案的择优造成了困难。 效用函数是效用理论的基础,其基本原理是将不同评价准则、不同度量单位的结果值统一用它们的效用函数值来表示,则全部结果值都能用〔0,1〕区间的实数
0 Preface When determining the construction plan for a complex project, it is usually necessary to consider a number of possible alternatives. The best option is selected through the evaluation of each scenario. Comprehensively considering various indicators such as technology, economics, and social benefits, these indicators are difficult to unify into a comprehensive evaluation result that reflects the degree of the merits of the solution because of different dimensions, which causes difficulty in the selection of the solution. The utility function is the basis of utility theory. The basic principle is that the different evaluation criteria and the result values of different measurement units are unified by their utility function values, and all the result values can use the real number of [0,1] interval.
