互联网已经成为中国社会转型时期的重要因素。网络舆论生态与现实社会场域间形成联动,影响公共舆论议程建构与形象塑造。全球反恐战略体系下,我国以微博为代表的社交媒体成为国际反恐战略传播重要的舆论场,在反恐战略的传播过程中设置议程、影响公众民意,并与国家对外宣传相结合,进而树立本国的国际形象,推动反恐政策战略的实施。基于此,本研究以“11.13”巴黎恐怖袭击事件为研究个案,分析暴恐事件的微博传播特征,以及在国际反恐斗争中微博的舆论建构作用。
The Internet has become an important factor in the social transformation of China. The formation of linkage between the ecology of online public opinion and the social field of reality affects the construction of public opinion agenda and shaping of image. Under the global anti-terrorism strategy system, social media represented by Weibo has become an important media for the international anti-terrorism strategy. It sets the agenda in the process of spreading anti-terrorism strategy, affects the public opinion and public opinion and integrates with the national publicity so as to establish the national International image to promote the implementation of anti-terrorism policy strategy. Based on this, this study uses “11.13 ” Paris terrorist attacks as a case study to analyze the characteristics of the microblogging spread of the terrorist attacks and the role of the media in constructing the Weibo in the international fight against terrorism.
