目的分析南宁市法定传染病网络直报系统运转及人力资源状况。方法调查南宁市医疗机构传染病直报网络建设、直报人员配置以及网络运转情况,并对调查数据使用SPSS 13.0软件分析。结果截至2007年,南宁市共有200家医疗机构实现了传染病网络直报,直报覆盖率为99.01%;已实行网络直报的200家医疗机构均已使用宽带网络直报;88.12%的(178/202)医疗机构有专用于传染病网络直报的计算机;南宁市传染病网络直报人员共263人,其中专职人员188人,占71.48%;传染病网络直报人员中高级职称9人,中级职称65人,初级职称180人,其他及无职称9人;传染病网络直报人员中本科及本科以上学历44人、大专学历129人、中专学历85人、高中及以下学历5人;传染病网络直报人员中预防医学专业68人,临床专业133人、护理专业43人、其他专业19人。结论南宁市传染病网络直报系统运行状况良好,传染病直报网络建设、直报人员配置以及网络运转情况等各项指标较2005年有进一步的提高。
Objective To analyze the operation and human resources status of legal notifiable network direct reporting system in Nanning. Methods To investigate the network construction of infectious disease direct reports in medical institutions of Nanning City, the direct staffing and network operation, and the survey data were analyzed by SPSS 13.0 software. Results As of 2007, Nanning City, a total of 200 medical institutions to implement the direct reporting of infectious diseases network, direct reporting coverage was 99.01%; has implemented direct online reporting of 200 medical institutions have been using broadband network direct reporting; 88.12% ( 178/202) Medical institutions have a computer dedicated to direct reporting of infectious diseases network; a total of 263 direct reports of infectious diseases network in Nanning, including 188 full-time staff, accounting for 71.48%; , Intermediate grade 65, junior title 180, other and no job title 9; infectious disease network directly under the staff and bachelor degree or above 44 people, college diploma 129, secondary school education 85 people, 5 people with high school education or below ; Infectious Diseases Network Direct reporting personnel in preventive medicine 68 people, 133 clinical professionals, 43 nursing professionals, 19 other professionals. Conclusion The network reporting system of communicable diseases in Nanning is in good condition and the indicators such as the network construction of direct reports of infectious diseases, the direct reporting staffing and the network operation have been further improved as compared with 2005.
