教师目标意识的淡漠,导致了学生的学习游离于目标之外,小组合作学习成为一种形式。通过大量课堂实践,现以《火烧云》一课为例,从拟定学习要求、组织学生讨论、相机指导交流、及时总结学法、检验迁移效果几个方面谈怎样围绕目标,做好小组合作学习的组织者和引导者,让小组合作学习依“标”而行,把小组合作学习做牢、落实,真正达成目标。
