随着信息时代的到来,中小学教育要求全面提高学生的素质,实现素质教育。在当前中小学教育中,信息技术也是一门重要的课程,但其实际的教学效果则相当低,存在一系列问题。因此当前中小学信息技术教育必须全面提高学生的素质,创新发展模式及发展理念,为现代信息社会的发展培养全面的人才。
With the advent of the information age, primary and secondary education requires a comprehensive improvement of the quality of students, to achieve quality education.
