在社会经济快速发展的过程中,企业对人才的需求量不断增多,同时也对企业人才素质提出了更高要求。对人才的开发以及绩效管理都是企业运营管理中的重要内容,关系到企业的健康发展。能力素质模型是企业人力管理工作中的重要工具,在企业人才开发与绩效管理中发挥重要的作用。基于此,首先对能力素质模型进行简单介绍,然后探讨其在企业人才开发以及绩效管理中的作用,希望能够给有关人员提供参考。
In the process of rapid social and economic development, the demand for qualified personnel in enterprises has been on the increase, and at the same time, higher requirements have been put forward on the quality of qualified personnel in enterprises. The development of talent and performance management are all important elements in the operation and management of enterprises, which are related to the healthy development of enterprises. The competency model is an important tool in the work of human resources management and plays an important role in the development of talent and performance management. Based on this, we first introduce the competency model briefly, and then discuss its role in enterprise talent development and performance management, hoping to provide reference for the relevant personnel.
