随着我国经济体制改革的不断深入,期货市场试行工作近年来迈出了较大步伐。期货经营范围,从粮食、金属起步,逐步扩展到石油、煤炭等生产资料期货以及外汇、国债、股票等金融期货,从国内期货扩展到国际期货。数十家各种类型的期货交易所和引入期货机制的大型交易场所(以下统称期货交易所)在各地如雨后春笋般地出现。这些期货市场已经开始发挥其内在机制功能,在国民经济全面发展中体现出日益重要的地位和作用,从而逐渐成为社会主义市场体系的重要组成部分。但由于期货市场在我国是一个新兴事物,就难免在试行过程中出现某些问题,要求我们不断探索,使我国期货市场沿着规范、健康的道路发展。
With the continuous deepening of the reform of China’s economic system, the pilot work of the futures market has taken a big step in recent years. The scope of futures business will start from grain and metals and gradually expand to futures such as oil, coal and other means of production, as well as financial futures such as foreign exchange, government bonds, and stocks, and expand from domestic futures to international futures. Dozens of various types of futures exchanges and large-scale trading venues that introduce futures mechanisms (hereinafter referred to as futures exchanges) have mushroomed in various places. These futures markets have begun to exert their intrinsic mechanism functions and have demonstrated an increasingly important status and role in the overall development of the national economy, and have gradually become an important part of the socialist market system. However, because the futures market is a new thing in our country, it will inevitably lead to certain problems in the trial process and require us to continue to explore so that our country’s futures market will develop along a standardized and healthy road.
