露天矿卡车调度理论,是实现露天矿计算机控制卡车调度系统的依据和保证,为实现适合我国矿山特点的调度系统,对露天矿卡车调度的理论进行了系统的研究,建立了卡车调度最佳路线的网络图论求解模型、求解车流规划的多目标规划模型,并通过模拟模型,模拟分析了各实时调度准则的优劣特性与应用范围.研究表明,调度准则应当综合应用才能发挥其调度优势.并建立了由目标要求→模型构造→准则选择→目标实现的露天矿卡车调度多目标综合优化调度的模型理论.
Open-pit mine truck scheduling theory is the basis and guarantee for realizing open-pit mine computer-controlled truck dispatching system. In order to realize the dispatching system suitable for the characteristics of mines in China, the theory of truck scheduling in open-pit mining is systematically studied and the optimal route for truck scheduling is established. The network graph theory solving model, the multi-objective planning model for vehicle flow planning, and the simulation model, simulated and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of various real-time scheduling criteria and application range. The research shows that the scheduling criteria should be applied comprehensively to exert its scheduling advantages. The model theory of multi-objective integrated optimization scheduling for truck scheduling of open-pit mines is established by the goal requirement → model construction → criterion selection → goal realization.
