目的测定C57-ras转基因小鼠的血液生理生化正常值,对成年动物两性的正常值进行比较,并比较4周龄和8周龄的血液生理生化正常值。方法将20只8周龄和20只4周龄的近交系C57-ras转基因小鼠,采血后,用日本光电MEK-7222K血球分析仪测定血液生理指标,用OLYMPUS AU400全自动生化分析仪测定血清生化指标。结果8周龄动物血液生化指标中,ALB、GLU和CHO,3项指标雌雄间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),血液生理指标中WBC和LYM这2个指标雌雄差异有显著性(P<0.05);在4周龄和8周龄的血液生化指标比较,其中ALT、TP、ALB、ALP、P、CHO和T.Bili,7项有显著性差异(P<0.05);血液生理指标4周龄和8周龄比较,WBC、RBC、HGB、HCT、MCV、MCHC、RDW、PLT、PCT、MPV、NEUT和LYM 12项指标有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论成年的C57-ras转基因小鼠的血液生理生化值,部分指标两性间测定值有差异;4周龄和8周龄C57-ras转基因小鼠的血液生理生化值中多数指标差异显著;年龄对C57-ras转基因小鼠的血液生理生化值的影响比性别对其影响要大。
Objective To determine the normal physiological and biochemical values of blood in C57-ras transgenic mice and to compare the normal values of adult animals with gender, and to compare the normal values of blood physiology and biochemistry at 4 weeks and 8 weeks. Conclusion The blood physiological and biochemical values of adult C57-ras transgenic mice were different between the two sexes. Some indicators of blood physiological and biochemical values in C57-ras transgenic mice of 4 weeks and 8 weeks were significantly different. Age The effect of blood physiological and biochemical values in C57-ras transgenic mice is greater than that of sex.
