一、前言 在金属切削实验研究中,不但要进行切削力的动态测量,还要进行切削功率的动态测量。目前已经研制出了各种高性能、高精度的车削测力仪,铣削测力仪、磨削测力仪等,可用来进行切削力的测量,而切削功率的动态测量却没有现成的或定型的仪器可用,为此,在测量铣削功率的实验中,我首次应用了北京半导体器件研究所生产的电流比型模拟乘法器BG314(集成电路),自行设计了一个实用电路,动态测量铣床主电机消耗的功率,从主电机功率中扣除空载功率得到近似的铣削功率。功率的动态变化,通过光线示波器拍照的功率曲线照片记录下来,经实验和分析,该电路的实用效果很好。
