2003年被国家广播电影电视总局确定为“网络发展年”.是实质性推动付费电视产业发展的一年。发展付费电视业务第一个要回答的问题是向用户提供什么付费电视频道和节目的服务.第二个要回答的问题是卖什么价格,这两个问题既是付费电视业务经营者要研究的,也是有线网络用户最为关心的。这两个问题非常复杂.涉及的不确定因素很多,需要做深入细致的分析研究工作。我们非常冒昧地提出这两个问题,并将我们对付费电视业务价格体系和资费方法的一些研究体会供有兴趣的朋友一起共享,有什么不妥之处,请各位朋友指正。
In 2003, it was confirmed as “Year of Network Development” by the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television, which is a year that has substantially promoted the development of the pay TV industry. The first question to be answered in the development of the pay TV business is to provide users with what pay-TV channels and programs are offered.The second question to answer is what price to sell, both of which are to be studied by pay television operators, Is also the most concerned about the cable network users. These two issues are very complicated and involve a lot of uncertainties and require intensive analysis and research. We are very presumptuous to raise these two issues and to invite our friends to correct some of our studies on the pricing system and tariff method of the pay TV business for sharing with those who are interested.
