以取代的苯甲酸乙酯和邻羟基苯乙酮为原料,合成了一系列含卤素取代氟硼二异吲哚类新化合物.这些化合物的结构均通过了1H NMR,HRMS,IR等手段的表征.通过紫外可见吸收光谱和荧光发射光谱测试,化合物均显示较长的紫外吸收及荧光发射波长.取代基对于化合物摩尔消光系数和荧光量子产率以及单线态氧生成能力有明显的影响,其中含CH3O和CF3取代的化合物6b和6f显示了更高的摩尔消光系数,而含Br取代的化合物6e显示高的单线态氧生成能力和中等的荧光量子产率.
A series of novel compounds containing halogen substituted fluoroboron diisoindole were synthesized from substituted benzoic acid ethyl ester and o-hydroxyacetophenone.The structures of these compounds were characterized by 1H NMR, HRMS, IR and other methods The compounds showed long UV absorption and fluorescence emission wavelength by UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy and fluorescence emission spectroscopy.The substituents have a significant influence on the molar extinction coefficient, fluorescence quantum yield and singlet oxygen generation ability of compounds, including Compounds 6b and 6f substituted with CH3O and CF3 showed higher molar extinction coefficients, whereas compounds 6e with Br substituted showed high singlet oxygen generation capacity and moderate fluorescence quantum yield.
