山铁道部建设司主持,1992年2月20～24日在天津召开了全路标准设计管理工作会议。参加会议的有铁道部建筑总公司,一、二、三、四勘测设计院,专业设计院、电气化工程局、通号公司、建设司标准科情所及全路14个专业归口单位的代表共50人。建设司技术标准处李铁岩处长在会议开始对标准设计管理工作进一步深化改革,审查好计划、讨论好标管办法等提出了要求。会议认真总结了91年的标准设计工作,交流了编、管经验。对专业归口单位推荐的92年计划项目113项,逐项认真进行了审查。
Ministry of Railways Construction Division presided over the February 20, 1992 to 24 days in Tianjin held a standard design management work conference. Those attending the meeting were representatives from 14 Ministry of Railways Construction Headquarters, 1, 2, 3, 4 Survey and Design Institutes, Professional Design Institutes, Electrification Engineering Bureau, Tongshao Company, Construction Department Standard Section and All- 50 people. Mr. Li Tieyan, Director of Technical Standards Department, Construction Department, put forward requirements on further deepening the standard design and management work, reviewing the plan, and discussing ways to ensure the quality of standard design at the meeting. Meeting seriously summed up the 91 years of standard design work, exchange of editing, management experience. Of the 92 projects recommended by professional focal points, 113 were carefully reviewed one by one.
