我国多数中小机械加工企业,尤其是单件小批量生产单位,普遍应用普通卧式镗床。在这类镫床镗孔加工中,多年来主要沿用传统的加工方法,即径向进刀仍然靠“磕刀头”,这种方法要求工人技术高,经验丰富,但生产效率低。近年来随着机械加工刀具技术的发展,不同程度地装备使用了各种微调镗削刀具,由于受刀具加工范围等因素影响,在普通镗床上推广应用仍有一定局限性。结合生产实际我厂设计试制了径向微调刀杆(见附图)。此刀杆是一种新型镗杆结
