年年两会,今又两会。细心的水运人发现,2015年全国两会中,国家总理李克强的政府工作报告里1次提到内河航道、2次提到长江经济带、3次提到“一带一路”、9次提到海洋。水运发展已然提上国家日程,然而,对于水运发展来说,这或许只是一重门。除了“政策支持”之外,“经济规律”和“行业信心”也不可忽视。
