据统计,目前全国大学的在校生中,每年为学费发愁的贫困生约占20%左右。为了防止考上大学后因无法交纳学费而不能入学的现象再次发生,国家出台了一系列援助政策,其中就包括助学贷款。然而,到期不还贷款的比例在有些地方达到了10%,高的甚至达到了35%。学校为帮学生贷款已付了保证金,学生不还贷就把学校推向了两难的尴尬境地
