民政局的档案管理水平体现着民政局本身的管理水平,档案承载着一个组织的历史,也是确定组织未来发展方向的重要依据。从当前状况来看,民政局档案管理还存在着这样那样的问题。这些问题的存在影响了民政局档案管理功能的发挥,为此,要从高度重视民政局档案管理工作、提升档案管理工作人员素质、实现档案管理的规范化、实现档案管理的电子化,全面提升民政局档案管理水平。
