针对棒材二斜辊矫直机单向和双向反弯辊形曲线选择问题,以分段曲率旋转反弯矫直理论为基础,利用MSC.MARC软件对两种辊形曲线对应矫直过程进行建模和有限元模拟,通过对后处理结果中棒材表面摩擦特性、应力、塑性应变、矫直力等参数的对比,较详细地阐明了单、双向反弯辊形对应的矫直机理、矫直过程的特点及各自的优缺点。为验证模拟结果,分别在小型二斜辊矫直试验机上对两种辊形曲线情况下的矫直精度、棒材表面质量及矫直力等参数进行了分析对比,现场试验数据较好地验证了有限元模拟结果。并通过总结模拟和试验结果提出若干以棒材用途和生产成本控制为导向的辊形选择原则。
Aiming at the selection of unidirectional and bidirectional rollback curves of two skew roll straightening machines, the straightening process of two kinds of roll-shaped curves was carried out by using the MSC.MARC software Modeling and finite element simulation. Through the comparison of parameters such as the frictional properties, stress, plastic strain and straightening force of the bar surface in the post-processing results, the straightening mechanism corresponding to the single and double reverse bend rollers is elaborated in detail. Straightening process characteristics and their advantages and disadvantages. In order to validate the simulation results, the parameters of straightening precision, surface quality and straightening force of the two kinds of roll curves were analyzed and compared respectively in a small two-skew roller straightening test machine. The field test data better verified Finite element simulation results. And by summarizing the simulation and experimental results, we proposed a number of roll selection principles that are oriented to bar use and production cost control.
