用大鼠脂质代谢紊乱模型研究螺旋藻胶囊调节大鼠血脂的作用。螺旋藻胶囊以900mg/kg、1800mg/kg、3600mg/kg的剂量连续28日喂饲后进行血脂测定。结果显示:螺旋藻胶囊中、高剂量组大鼠血中胆固醇含量均明显低于对照组(P<0.01),与对照组相比分别降低331.9%和27.6%;中、高剂量组大鼠血中高密度脂蛋白胆固醇均非常显著地高于对照组(P<0.01),分别升高0.31mmol/L和0.48mmol/L,且呈剂量-效应关系。表明螺旋藻胶囊具有调节血脂、改善脂质代谢的作用。
Study on the Effect of Spirulina Capsule in Rat Lipid Metabolism Model with Rat Lipid Metabolism Disorder. Spirulina capsules were administered at doses of 900 mg / kg, 1800 mg / kg, and 3600 mg / kg for 28 consecutive days for lipid profile determination. The results showed that the content of blood cholesterol in Spirulina capsules was significantly lower than that in the control group (331.9% vs 27.6%, P <0.01) The levels of high density lipoprotein cholesterol in high dose group were significantly higher than those in control group (0.31 mmol / L and 0.48 mmol / L, respectively), and showed dose-effect relationship. It shows that Spirulina Capsule has the function of regulating blood lipid and improving lipid metabolism.
