听神经瘤好发于后颅凹 ,多见于中年人。约占后颅凹肿瘤的 40 % ,占桥小脑角区肿瘤的 80 % [1 ] 。为了提高对本病的认识 ,笔者收集了 3 6例经手术病理证实的听神经瘤 ,现就其ＣＴ特点结合文献总结分析如下。1　资料与方法1.1　临床资料　收集 1993 -10～ 2 0 0 1-0 8经手术病理 Acoustic neuroma occurs in the posterior fossa, more common in middle-aged.
