目的:采用一测多评法对参归中风康复颗粒中芍药苷、阿魏酸的含量进行测定。方法:色谱柱:依特利C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-1%乙酸水(17:83),检测波长:230 nm、316nm,流速:1.0 mL·min~1,柱温:35℃。结果:芍药苷进样量在79.5~795μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率=98.74%,RSD=1.11%,n=6。阿魏酸进样量在1.2~12.0μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率=98.35%,RSD=0.83%,n=6。结论:该方法专属性强,灵敏度高,重现性好,操作简便,可用于参归中风康复颗粒中芍药苷、阿魏酸的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of paeoniflorin and ferulic acid in ginseng with stroke rehabilitation particles by using a multi-assessment method. Methods: The chromatographic column was eluted with acetonitrile-1% acetic acid water (17:83) using the Intrinsic C 18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The detection wavelength was 230 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min ~ 1, column temperature: 35 ℃. Results: The calibration curve of paeoniflorin was linear in the range of 79.5-795 μg (r = 0.9998). The average recovery was 98.74%. The RSD was 1.11% and n = 6. The linear range was 1.2 ~ 12.0μg (r = 0.9998). The average recovery was 98.35%, RSD = 0.83%, n = 6. Conclusion: This method is specific, sensitive, reproducible and easy to operate. It can be used for the quality control of paeoniflorin and ferulic acid in stroke rehabilitation granules.
