今年是专员办工作转型、全面嵌入财政主体业务后的第一年。记者了解到,各地专员办均在加紧步伐适应财税体制改革新形势和预算监管业务新常态,积极探索谋划,先行先试,推进业务转型。2015年财政预算监管工作现已全面启动。制定监管工作规程梳理完善业务制度为适应专员办业务融入财政主体业务的总体要求,确保预算监管工作的有序开展,各地专员办制定业务操作规程,梳理完善业务制度,为开展预算监管工作提供制度保障。
