目的:探讨早期肠内营养在ICU重型颅脑损伤患者中的应用效果。方法:2010年1月~2013年1月我院ICU重型颅脑损伤患者90例,均不能经口正常进食。随机分为对照组(50例,应用传统的胃肠营养)和实验组(40例,早期应用肠内营养支持),比较2组治疗前后血清白蛋白、血浆总蛋白、血糖值及胃肠道并发症。结果:2组患者在治疗后血清白蛋白、血浆总蛋白指标明显高于治疗前,实验组患者在治疗后血清白蛋白、血浆总蛋白指标明显高于对照组,2组之间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);血糖值2组之间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实验组患者胃肠道并发症发生情况明显低于对照组,2组之间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期肠内营养对ICU重型颅脑损伤患者的胃肠道起到保护的作用,促时患者内环境的稳定的及早恢复,减少胃肠道并发症。
Objective: To investigate the effect of early enteral nutrition in patients with severe traumatic brain injury in ICU. Methods: From January 2010 to January 2013, 90 patients with ICU severe craniocerebral injury in our hospital were unable to eat normally. Randomly divided into control group (50 cases, the use of traditional gastrointestinal nutrition) and experimental group (40 cases, early enteral nutrition support), compared two groups before and after treatment serum albumin, total plasma protein, blood glucose and gastrointestinal complication. Results: Serum albumin and plasma total protein in two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment. Serum albumin and plasma total protein in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group after treatment. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in the blood sugar level (P> 0.05). The incidence of gastrointestinal complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant Significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: Early enteral nutrition plays a protective role in the gastrointestinal tract of ICU patients with severe craniocerebral injury, promotes stable and early recovery of internal environment in patients with ICU, and reduces gastrointestinal complications.
