本文采用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,对山西省运城市盐湖区小学武术课的开展现状进行调查分析。在全国推行“一校一拳”的背景下,结合盐湖区小学的实际情况,提出其推行“一校一拳”的可行性建议,以此促进盐湖区小学武术教学的改革和发展,为改善青少年体质、增强学生运动技能、传承中国传统文化做出努力。
In this paper, the literature, logic analysis and other methods, the Yuncheng City, Shanxi Province Salt Lake Primary School martial arts to carry out investigation and analysis of the status quo. In the national implementation of the “one school fist” under the background, combined with the actual situation of the primary school in Salt Lake District, put forward its “one school punch” feasibility advice, so as to promote the reform of primary school Wushu teaching in Salt Lake area and Development, efforts to improve the physical fitness of young people, enhance students’ exercise skills, and inherit Chinese traditional culture.
