采用粉末装管工艺研制YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-δ)高温超导带材。研究了冷轧工艺和冷轧十压制工艺对带材J_c值的影响以及不同加工率线材超导芯的微观结构。实验结果表明,采用冷轧十压制工艺比单纯的轧制工艺所获得的带材J_c值高,随着加工率的增加超导芯的密度和临界电流密度增加。
Preparation of YBa_2Cu_3O_ (7-δ) high temperature superconducting tape by powder tube packing. The effect of cold rolling process and cold rolling ten pressing process on the J_c value of the strip and the microstructure of the wire superconducting core with different processing rates were studied. The experimental results show that the cold rolling ten pressing process than the simple rolling process obtained by the strip J_c value is high, with the increase of the processing rate of the superconducting core density and the critical current density increases.
