为研究胰高血糖素的致癌作用,作者选用大鼠为实验动物,用3-甲基胆蒽(3-MCA)诱发鳞癌,研究胰高血糖素时癌细胞的生物学和肿瘤变异中的作用。实验分成四组:(1)对照组,大鼠每周二次肌肉注射可溶性甘油和酚溶液;(2)单独用MCA处理组;大鼠背部皮肤用0.3%MCA丙酮溶液处理,同时肌肉注射甘油和酚溶液;(3)胰高血糖素和MCA处理组,局部皮肤用MCA如上述处理,同时肌肉注射胰高血糖素及甘油和酚溶剂;(4)胰高血糖素肌注组。各组动物经过12个月观察,在
In order to study the carcinogenic effect of glucagon, the authors selected rats as experimental animals, 3-methylcholanthrene (3-MCA) -induced squamous cell carcinoma, the study of glucagon cancer cell biology and tumor variation effect.
