随着我国国民经济的迅速发展,铁路运输量必将日益增长。“六五”期间全路完成货运量12.7亿吨,比1980年增长17%;客运量11.1亿人次,比1980年增长21.6%。预估到1990年货运量将达16亿吨,比1985年增长25.5%;客运量达14亿人次,比1985年增长26.2%。为了适应客货运量的增长,必将加快铁路的新线建设和营业线技术改造。“六五”期间,我国铁路的营业里程已达52000公里,比1980年增加2060公里。其中电气化铁路达4000公里,比1980年增加2300多公里;内燃化铁路10,000公里,比1980年增加2600公里;复线达10,000公
With the rapid development of our national economy, the amount of railway traffic will surely increase day by day. During the “Sixth Five-Year Plan” period, 1.72 billion tons of freight was completed on the road, an increase of 17% over 1980; passenger traffic was 1.11 billion, an increase of 21.6% over 1980. It is estimated that the volume of freight traffic will reach 1.6 billion tons by 1990, an increase of 25.5% over 1985; passenger traffic will reach 1.4 billion, an increase of 26.2% over 1985. In order to meet the growth of passenger and cargo traffic, it is bound to speed up the construction of new railway lines and technological transformation of sales lines.
