目的:对特发性间质性肺炎临床表现以及治疗效果进行探讨分析。方法:选择曾于我院进行治疗的120例特发性间质性肺炎患者,对所有患者均进行基础支持治疗,即每天使患者服用甲泼尼龙与环磷酰胺及长春新碱,在治疗4—6d之后,再换用甲泼尼龙进行口服,持续3个月时间的治疗,等患者病情逐渐稳定之后将剂量逐渐减小,并且要进行1年以上时间的维持治疗。在治疗过程中,使患者间断吸氧,使患者缺氧症状得到改善,若有合并感染存在,根据合并病症来利用相应药物进行治疗。在完成治疗之后,对治疗效果进行观察。结果:在完成治疗之后,所有患者病情均得到十分明显的改善,患者肺活量以及动脉氧分压的数值均比治疗之前明显较高,在治疗前后存在显著差异。在治疗过程中,45例患者有药物不良反应发生,其中有2例患者由于在住院期间有呼吸衰竭发生而死亡。结论:对于特发性间质性肺炎患者,要尽早对其准确诊断,并采取有效方法来进行及时治疗,从而使患者治疗效果以及预后得到明显改善。
Objective: To investigate and analyze the clinical manifestations and therapeutic effects of idiopathic interstitial pneumonia. METHODS: One hundred and twenty patients with idiopathic interstitial pneumonia, who had been treated in our hospital, were enrolled in this study. All patients underwent basic supportive care, ie patients were given methylprednisolone and cyclophosphamide and vincristine daily for treatment 4 After -6d, and then replaced by methylprednisolone orally for 3 months duration of treatment, and other patients gradually stable dose gradually reduced, and to carry out more than 1 year maintenance treatment. In the course of treatment, the patient intermittent oxygen, so that patients with hypoxia symptoms have improved, if there is a co-infection, according to the combination of symptoms to use the appropriate drug for treatment. After completing the treatment, the effect of treatment was observed. Results: After the completion of treatment, all patients had a very significant improvement in their condition. Their vital capacity and arterial oxygen tension were significantly higher than before treatment, with significant differences before and after treatment. In the course of treatment, 45 patients had adverse drug reactions, of which 2 patients died of respiratory failure during hospitalization. Conclusion: For patients with Idiopathic interstitial pneumonia, accurate diagnosis should be made as soon as possible and an effective method should be taken for timely treatment so that the treatment effect and prognosis of patients with idiopathic interstitial pneumonia can be significantly improved.
