(2016年9月29日浙江省第十二届人民代表大会常务委员会第三十三次会议通过)根据《中华人民共和国立法法》第七十二条第二款规定,浙江省第十二届人民代表大会常务委员会第三十三次会议对绍兴市第七届人民代表大会常务委员会第三十三次会议审议通过的《绍兴市水资源保护条例》进行了审议,现决定予以批准,由绍兴市人民代表大会常务委员会公布施行。
