随着我国经济体制的不断改革,为了适应当前市场经济形式,我国在税制改革中提出“营改增”政策,该政策在各地进行试点之后,反应良好,使得税制改革的效果也越来越明显,并在经济体制改革中发挥了强有力的推进作用。“营改增”政策的实施,在给大多数企业带来了新的机遇的同时,也使得企业所面临的挑战随之增加。由于营业税被取代,增值税的征收范围扩大,物流管理所要面临的挑战随之增多。“营改增”政策对于物流管理企业来说影响颇深,所以物流管理企业需要在挑战之中找到突破口,有效应对企业所面临的风险,找到规避风险的对策。本文试从分析物流管理企业在“营改增”政策实施后受到的影响入手,提出物流管理企业在面对新政策所带来的影响以及挑战时,应该实施何种应对策略。
With the continuous reform of China’s economic system, in order to adapt to the current market economy, our country put forward the policy of “reforming the battalion and increasing profits” in the reform of the taxation system. After the pilot projects were carried out in different places, the policy responded well and the effect of the tax reform became more and more obvious The more obvious, and played a powerful role in promoting economic restructuring. The implementation of the policy of “increasing revenue and increasing tax revenue” has brought new opportunities to most enterprises and increased the challenges that enterprises face. As the business tax is replaced, the scope of collection of value-added tax, the logistics management to face the challenges to be increased. Therefore, logistics management enterprises need to find a breakthrough in the challenge, effectively deal with the risks faced by the enterprises and find out the countermeasures to avoid the risks. This article starts with analyzing the impact of logistics management enterprises after the implementation of the policy of “increasing business, increasing profits”, and puts forward what strategies should be implemented when the logistics management enterprises face the impact and challenges caused by the new policies.
