目的探讨喜炎平联合盐酸伐昔洛韦治疗儿童疱疹性咽峡炎的疗效。方法选择2010年1月～2011年2月收治的疱疹性咽峡炎的患儿212例,随机分为两组,对照组采用喜炎平注射液0.1～0.2mL/(kg.d),加用10%葡萄糖注射液稀释后静脉滴注,每天1次。均连用3～5d。观察组在对照组的基础上加用盐酸伐昔洛韦片,按10mg/(kg.d)分2次空腹口服。结果两组患儿的退热时间、疱疹消失时间比较,观察组明显比对照组缩短,观察组总有效率99.06%,对照组总有效率88.62%,两组患者有效率比较,观察组明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论喜炎平联合盐酸伐昔洛韦治疗儿童疱疹性咽峡炎疗效显著,值得推广。 Objective To investigate the efficacy of Xiyanping combined with valacyclovir hydrochloride in the treatment of herpes simplex angina in children.
