秸秆焚烧已经严重污染了大气环境,危害了人民群众的身心健康,并造成大量资源浪费。本文就秸秆的综合利用途径、作用、缺点以及一些应该配套的措施提出了建议和看法。 Straw burning has seriously polluted the atmospheric environment, endangering the people’s physical and mental health and causing a lot of waste of resources. This paper put forward suggestions and opinions on the ways, effects and shortcomings of straw utilization and some measures that should be supported.
