针对城市空间信息获取与三维重建所面临的问题，提出基于车载三维激光测量系统的城市快速三维测量与重建技术，全面系统地研究车载三维激光测量系统的构成、工作原理及其工程应用。从而为城市竣工测量、三维精细建模、城市部件采集等工程应用提供全新的技术手段。
