以宁夏压砂地主栽西瓜品种“宁农科1号”和“金城5号”为试材,测定分析了其坐果期植株的净光合速率(Pn)及其影响因子空气温度和叶温、光合有效辐射(PAR)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)、水分利用率(WUE)的日变化规律,并对成熟后果实进行了品质测定。结果表明:“金城5号”的光合速率日变化为双峰型曲线,呈现出光合“午睡”现象;“宁农科1号”则为单峰型曲线;果实品质在总糖含量上“宁农科1号”显著高于“金城5号”。
The watermelon cultivars “Ning nongke 1” and “Jincheng 5” were planted in Ningxia sandstorm area as test materials, the net photosynthetic rate (Pn) and its influencing factors of air temperature and Leaf temperature, PAR, transpiration rate (Tr), stomatal conductance (Gs), intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci) and water use efficiency (WUE) Determination. The results showed that the diurnal variation of photosynthetic rate of “Jincheng 5” was a bimodal curve, showing the phenomenon of photosynthesis and “siesta”; “Ning Nongke 1” showed a unimodal curve; the fruit quality was Total sugar content “Ning Nongke 1 ” was significantly higher than “Jincheng 5 ”.
