目的探讨辽宁省贫困地区养老机构老年人生活满意度影响因素。方法 2015年5月—2016年1月通过整群随机抽样,对辽宁省内6个贫困县中床位数≥50的养老机构发放养老机构老年人生活满意度调查问卷416份,以SERVQUAL量表作为依据,构建回归模型并分析养老机构老年人生活满意度及影响因素。结果所构建的回归模型中R=0.595,F=16.376,P=0.000,模型整体拟合度较好;餐饮、生活护理、康乐保健是贫困地区养老机构老年人生活满意度的主要影响因素(t=4.173、2.863、2.373;P=0.000、0.004、0.018),差异均有统计学意义。结论养老机构服务项目中的餐饮、生活护理和康乐保健是影响老年人生活满意度的主要因素。
Objective To explore the factors influencing the life satisfaction of the elderly in pension institutions in poverty-stricken areas of Liaoning Province. METHODS: From May 2015 to January 2016, 416 elderly people living in aged care institutions were asked about the life satisfaction of the elderly in the aged care institutions by means of cluster random sampling in 16 impoverished counties in Liaoning Province. The SERVQUAL scale was used as Based on this, a regression model was constructed and analyzed to analyze the life satisfaction and influencing factors of elderly in pension institutions. Results The regression model was constructed with R = 0.595, F = 16.376, P = 0.000, and the overall fitness of the model was better. Catering, life care and health care were the main influencing factors of life satisfaction of the elderly in pension institutions in poor areas (t = 4.173,2.863,2.373; P = 0.000,0.004,0.018), the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion The catering, life care and health care in the pension service are the main factors affecting the life satisfaction of the elderly.
