随着我国竞技游泳水平的不断提高,游泳专家和教练员们一直都在积极地探索提高游泳专项力量训练的手段和方法,其目的就是要找到最大限度地与水中的游泳动作一致的力量训练方法。而在以往少年儿童训练中,由于器械和场地等条件的限制,橡皮拉力成为少年儿童力量训练发展上肢力量的主要器材,而且都是在路上进行练习,陆上力量训练的结果并不能直接为游泳技术所利用。研究目的是橡皮拉力水中双人对抗牵引提高水中力量的方法,并对该练习提高少年儿童的力量耐力和速度的效果进行分析。对提高运动员的划水力量和划水频率有很大益处,使肌肉最大力量和划水爆发力指数也相应得到提高。对发展肌肉力量耐力,提高速度能力有明显效果,是提高力量游泳耐力和速度成绩的有效训练手段。
With the continuous improvement of competitive swimming level in our country, swimming experts and coaches have been actively exploring ways and means of improving swimming special strength training. The aim is to find a strength training method which is consistent with the swimming movement in water to the maximum extent . However, in the past training for children and adolescents, due to the limitation of the equipment and the site conditions, the rubber tension has become the main equipment for the development of upper limb strength in children’s strength training and has been practiced on the road. The result of land strength training can not be directly used for swimming Technology used. The purpose of the study is to find ways to increase the strength of the water in a pair of anti-traction in rubber pull-up water and to analyze the effect of this exercise on improving the endurance and speed of children’s strength. It is of great benefit to improve athlete’s ability to stroke and stroke frequency, so that the maximal muscular strength and stroke power index are correspondingly improved. The development of muscle strength endurance, improve speed ability has obvious effect, is to improve the strength of swimming strength and speed of effective training methods.
