结合临床路径,为不同科室、不同专业设置病情护理观察记录单,用图表形式按时间顺序提供有效的护理计划,使护理有序、标准化,并杜绝漏项。2007年,山东省济宁医学院附属医院(下称“济医附院”)骨关节科率先试点人本位整体护理模式,后逐步在全院推开。2012年初,人本位整体护理模式覆盖了医院的每一个科室。济医附院有丰富的临床路径实施经验,在此基础上,医院将护理学科建设定位为:以人本位整体护理模式为核心,以患者为中心,提高护理服务
