将13例曾行乙状结肠癌手术后发生结肠癌的病人作为高危组,另选14例年龄相同、经结肠镜检查完全正常者为对照组。分析食物成分、粪便中胆酸、胆固醇代谢物、氨基酸降解产物、pH、水含量和细菌菌群。实验结果表明,高危组和对照组食物构成成分基本相同,尤其动物脂肪、粪便中初级和次级胆汁酸浓度两组间无显著性差异。高危组粪便中丁二酸、乳酸、丙酸、胆甾烷醇、有机酸、氨基酸的降解产物及pH值较对照组
Thirteen patients with colon cancer who had undergone sigmoid colon cancer were treated as high-risk group, and 14 patients with the same age and normal colonoscopy were selected as the control group. Food components, bile acids in the feces, cholesterol metabolites, amino acid degradation products, pH, water content, and bacterial flora were analyzed. The experimental results showed that the food composition of the high-risk group and the control group were basically the same, in particular, there was no significant difference in the primary and secondary bile acid concentrations in animal fats and feces. The degradation products and pH value of succinic acid, lactic acid, propionic acid, cholestanol, organic acids, amino acids in feces of high-risk group compared with the control group
