为证实三价铬(Cr3+)对心肌损伤的保护作用,采用大鼠腹腔内注射生理盐水、Cr3+、硒(Se),尾静脉注射阿霉素,观察Cr3+对阿霉素心肌病超微结构及心肌电生理的影响。超微结构观察发现,阿霉素组心肌细胞核周边不清,胞浆疏松,线粒体部分空泡变;心肌纤维疏松、断裂,有溶解现象,Cr3+及Se组病变明显减轻,肌丝排列整齐。心肌电生理检查显示,阿霉素组QRS时限、Q-T间期、动作电位时程APD50及APD90延长,Cr3+组无变化,Se组也延长。Cr3+、Se对心肌损伤有明显的保护作用,同时Cr3+能逆转阿霉素心肌电生理改变。这对心血管疾病防治具有重要意义
In order to prove the protective effect of trivalent chromium (Cr3 +) on myocardial injury, we used intraperitoneal injection of physiological saline, Cr3 +, selenium (Se), and doxorubicin injection into caudal vein to observe the effects of Cr3 + on doxorubicin cardiomyopathy Effect of myocardial electrophysiology. Ultrastructural observation showed that the perinuclear area of doxorubicin group was unclear, the cytoplasm was loose and part of mitochondria was vacuolized. The myocardial fibers were loose, ruptured and lysed. The lesions of Cr3 + and Se groups were significantly alleviated and the myofilaments arranged neatly. Myocardial electrophysiological examination showed that QRD duration, Q-T duration, action potential duration APD50 and APD90 in doxorubicin group were prolonged, while there was no change in Cr3 + group and prolonged in Se group. Cr3 +, Se on myocardial injury has a significant protective effect, while Cr3 + can reverse doxorubicin myocardial electrophysiological changes. This is of great importance for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases
