现行《汉语拼音方案》是完善的方案,但并非完美。实践应用中表现的主要问题包括字母表问题、非键盘字母使用问题(ê,ü)、声母zh、q,x引起的不符合英语国际拼写惯例问题等。本文对ê、ü、zh、q,x进行重新编码,保留了原方案的主体,与原方案相比,拼音拼写略有加长,但自明性增强,需要记忆的规则显著减少,音值表达更准确,拼写更符合英语习惯,易于学习和汉文化国际推广。
The current “Hanyu Pinyin program” is a sound program, but not perfect. The main problems in practical application include alphabetical questions, the use of non-keyboard letters (ê, ü), consonants zh, q, x caused by non-compliance with English international spelling conventions and so on. This paper re-encodes ê, ü, zh, q, x and retains the main part of the original scheme. Compared with the original scheme, Pinyin spelling slightly lengthened, but self-evident enhancement, rules requiring memory were significantly reduced, and sound value expression was more Accurate, spelling more in line with English habits, easy to learn and promote the internationalization of Chinese culture.
