清营解表合剂对流感病毒感染小鼠外周血Th1,Th2型细胞因子动态表达的影响

目的:探讨清营解表合剂对流感病毒感染小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:以流感病毒亚洲甲型鼠肺适应株(A/PR/8/H1N1)感染小鼠为模型,灌服清营解表合剂16 g.kg-1(0.8 g.mL-1,0.4 mL/只),1次/d,连续ig给药12 d,应用流式细胞仪分析药后3,6,9,12 d特异性细胞因子γ-干扰素,肿瘤坏死因子-α,白细胞介素3,4,6,10的动态表达水平及Th1(IFN-γ)/Th2(IL-4)值。结果:流感病毒感染小鼠后3 d,细胞因子IFN-γ升高显著(P<0.05),6,9,12 d无显著改变,6,9 d较3 d均降低显著(P<0.05);3,6,9,12 d细胞因子TNF-α均升高显著(P<0.01,P<0.05);3,6,9,12 d细胞因子IL-3均升高,3,6 d差异显著(P<0.05);3,6,9,12 d细胞因子IL-4,IL-6,IL-10均显著升高(P<0.01),在早期3 d达到峰值;3,6,9,12 d外周血Th1(IFN-γ)/Th2(IL-4)明显降低(P<0.01,P<0.05),且6 d降到最低点,12 d较6 d升高显著(P<0.05)。经清营解表合剂治疗后,3 d细胞因子IFN-γ水平升高,较模型组无显著差异,6,9,12 d较模型组升高显著(P<0.01,P<0.05);3,6,9,12 d细胞因子TNF-α水平表达较模型组均明显下降(P<0.01,P<0.05);3,6,9,12 d细胞因子IL-3较模型组均有所下降,但差异无统计学意义;3,6,9,12 d细胞因子IL-4,IL-6,IL-10水平较模型组均显著降低;3,6,9,12 d外周血Th1(IFN-γ)/Th2(IL-4)均升高,差异显著(P<0.01),12 d清营解表组较3 d升高显著(P<0.01)。结论:清营解表合剂通过调节流感病毒感染小鼠外周血Th型细胞因子的表达水平,恢复机体的抗感染免疫平衡,提高机体免疫功能,以防治流感病毒感染。 Objective: To investigate the effect of Qingying Jie table mixture on immune function in mice infected with influenza virus. Methods: A murine model of influenza A virus-infected lung adenovirus (A / PR / 8 / H1N1) was used in this study. The model of Qingyingxiao Mixture 16g.kg-1 (0.8 g.mL- / Only) once daily for ig administration for 12 days. The levels of IL-4, IL-6 and IL-10 were significantly increased at 3, 6, 9 and 12 days (P <0.01, P <0.05). Th1 (IFN-γ) / Th2 (IL-4) in peripheral blood was significantly lower on the 12th day ). The level of cytokine IFN-γ increased after 3 days of treatment with Qingying Jiedu Mixture, which was significantly higher than that of the model group at 6th, 9th and 12th days (P <0.01, P <0.05); 3 (P <0.01, P <0.05). Compared with the model group, IL-3 decreased at 6, 9, 12 d , But the difference was not statistically significant. The levels of cytokines IL-4, IL-6 and IL-10 at 3, 6, 9 and 12 days were significantly lower than those in model group -Y) / Th2 (IL-4) were significantly increased (P <0.01). Conclusion: Qingying Jiedu mixture can regulate the expression level of Th-type cytokines in the peripheral blood of mice infected with influenza virus and restore the immune balance of anti-infective body and enhance the immune function of the body so as to prevent and cure the influenza virus infection.
