应促进社区组织检测服务,加强CDC检测的行为干预.“,”Objective To investigate the intention of men who have sex with men (MSM) for HIV testing locations and analyze the influencing factors in Mianyang City. Methods MSM were recruited by the snowball sampling method, investigated by the anonymous questionnaires, and their serum samples were detected. Results Totally 1 173 qualified people were investigated,84.7% of them (993/1 173) preferred to do HIV testing in communities,13.5% of them (158/1 173) preferred in CDC,1.0% of them (12/1 173) preferred in hospitals, and 0.9% of them (10/1 173) preferred to buy the test paper online and do HIV testing by themselves. The latter three parts were collectively called CDC in the following description. The HIV positive rate among the people who preferred to do HIV testing in CDC was 11.1% (20/180),which was higher than that among the people who preferred to do HIV testing in communities (5.4%,54/993) (P=0.004).The multivariate analysis showed that the age, education level, local living time, number of friends of local MSM,hierarchy of needs, knowledge of HIV,fear of leaking the information, family sexual partners in past one year, and protective anal sexual behavior in past six months were the independent influencing factors of HIV testing location.(P < 0.05).Conclusions MSM mainly prefer to do HIV testing in communities. The intention of them for HIV testing location is connected with demographic characteristics, knowledge and risky behaviors. The people who prefer to do HIV testing in CDC have higher risk.So it is necessary to promote HIV testing in communities and enhance the behavior intervention for people who do HIV testing in CDC.
