钛合金作为高压容器在航空,航天事业中占有很重要的地位,随着科学技术的不断进步和发展,压力容器工作应力不断提高,安全系数不断降低,从而达到减轻重量的目的。外APOIIO飞船上所用的钛合金高压容器的设计安全系数只有1.5。作为容器而广泛采用的半球体热模压成形使瓶嘴与半球体构成整体。从而使容器安全可靠,工作应力也不断提高。但必须对钛合金的材质、性能加以控制。特别是要提高韧性,否则将导致容器低应力破
