笔者用骨伤外科名老中医王兆鹏所传外用经验方“红宝白象膏”(或称红膏药)治疗疔疮,经过长期实践证明,其疗效显著。现将方药、典型病例介绍于后。一、红宝白象膏制法1.处方:松香60克白蜡30克朝脑30克蜂蜜60克银珠10克 2.制法:①先用小葱半斤煎水制松香,去掉松香杂质,待松香冷却凝固后备用。②将白蜡置于小铁锅或锑锅内,用微火将白蜡熬化后加松香。
