采用“丁醇法”和“改进丁醇法”提取了抗白背飞虱品种RathuHeenati(RHI)和感虫对照品种TNI稻株内的拒食活性成分,在提取液中添加10%蔗糖和0.5%谷氨酸后测定了对白背飞虱取食行为的影响.白背飞虱在丁醇萃取前的RHT提取液上的取食量明显低于萃取后的RHT提取液;而在萃取前、后的TNI提取液上的取食没有显著的差异.由此推测,抗虫品种RHT稻株里含有某种对白背飞虱具有拒食作用的活性成分.同时,对比”丁醇法”与“改进丁醇法”后发现,后者比前者更完善、更省时、对测试昆虫更安全.
The antifeedant active ingredients in RathuHeenati (RHI) and the susceptible control TNI rice strains were extracted by the butanol method and the improved butanol method, and 10% sucrose and 0 were added to the extract. The effect of 5% glutamic acid on the feeding behavior of the whitebacked planthopper, Sogatella furcifera, was measured. The feed intake of whitebacked planthopper (Sogatella furcifera) on RHT extract before butanol extraction was significantly lower than that of RHT extract after extraction, while no significant difference was observed on TNI extract before and after extraction. It was speculated that the insect-resistant RHT rice plants contained some antifeeding agent against whitebacked planthopper. At the same time, comparing “Butanol” and “Butanol Improvement” found that the latter is more perfect than the former, more time-saving, more secure for testing insects.
