为了获取四驱动并联工作台的运动重复精度,通过表测法和基于随动点光源像面质心坐标提取的方法对工作台的重复性精度进行了实验验证。其中,后者是采集位于动平台上随动点光源的图像,通过对光点图像的质心提取算法处理得到光点的像面坐标并进行统计,利用物像关系得到工作台的角运动重复性偏差。最后,通过进行误差分析给出了进一步提高运动精度的可行性建议。
In order to obtain the motion repeatability of the four-drive parallel table, the repeatability of the table was experimentally verified by the method of table measurement and the centroid extraction based on the image plane of the follow point light source. Among them, the latter is to collect the image of the follow point light source located on the moving platform. Through the centroid extraction algorithm of the spot image processing, the image plane coordinates of the spot are obtained and statistically calculated, and the angular motion repeatability of the worktable deviation. Finally, the feasibility of further improving the accuracy of motion is given through the error analysis.
