故障的特征:水箱的冷却水中有机油,但油底壳的机油中一股不会有水。故障的原因:机油道靠近冷却水腔的部位,由于密封不好等原因产生渗漏。发动机工作时,机油的压力大于水的压力。机油便往水腔中渗漏,又经冷却水的循环,进入了水箱中。检查方法,步骤:根据上述原因,必须对机油道与冷却水靠近的部位,进行渗漏检查,本着排除故障先易后难的原则,从以下六个部位进行;1.观察机油冷却器盖与机体的安装接缝处下部,有无机油外漏,如果有机油外漏,则可能向内漏入冷却水,应查明原因,予以排除。常见的原因:冷却器盖紧固螺栓松动;密封垫损坏;密封面上夹有杂质;紧固螺栓过长,压不紧密封垫等。

Observe the lower part of the seams of the oil cooler cover and the body, with or without oil leakage. If the organic oil leaks, it may leak into the cooling water inwardly. The cause should be identified and eliminated. Common reasons: the cooler lid fastening bolts loose; gasket damage; sealing surface with impurities; fastening bolts too long, the pressure is not tight seals and so on.
