目的了解在高千伏尘肺摄影时,利用适当厚度的附加滤过,提高X射线的线质和尘肺X射线片的影像质量,减少受检者的照射剂量及机房内散射线水平。方法使用高频摄影机在不同厚度附加滤过的情况下,分别测试受检者皮肤入射剂量和影像接收器接受剂量,并检测机房内射线水平。结果附加0.5 mmAl+0.1~0.3 mmCu滤过,受检者皮肤入射剂量与无滤过时比较相应降低5.2%~38.3%,受检者吸收剂量亦随之降低5.3%~40.3%,机房内散射线水平也相应减少21.7%~83.1%。结论在保证尘肺胸片影像质量的前提下,增加不同厚度的附加滤过,受检者皮肤入射剂量和吸收剂量也随之减少,机房内散射线水平亦相应降低。
OBJECTIVE: To improve the image quality of X-ray and pneumoconiosis X-ray films and to reduce the radiation dose and the level of scattered light in the engine room by using additional filtration of appropriate thickness in high-kV pneumoconiosis photography. Methods Using the high-frequency camera with additional filtration at different thicknesses, the incident skin dose and the receiver dose of the video receiver were tested respectively, and the radiation level in the computer room was measured. The results of additional 0.5 mmAl + 0.1 ~ 0.3 mmCu filtration, the subject’s skin incidence dose compared with the corresponding reduction of 5.2% to 38.3%, the subjects also reduced the dose absorbed 5.3% to 40.3%, the engine room scattered lines The level of a corresponding reduction of 21.7% to 83.1%.
