为进一步优化农电作业组织模式,促进农电管理集约化、精益化、信息化,提升农电工作效率和质量。2015年12月,国网江苏省电力公司在全省供电服务公司成立农电综合管控中心,并对供电所班组设置进行调整。本次农电作业组织模式的优化,在三个方面发挥了重要作用。一是增强对业务所的管控能力。通过集中抄表、台区线损集中监控和各项业务指标统计分析,杜绝供电所及其员工估抄、漏抄等不规范行为,防止电量电费损失,及时发现采集不成功、低压台区线损异常等问题,并督促供电所进行整改,实现对供电所工作更有力地管控。

In December 2015, State Grid Jiangsu Power Company established a comprehensive rural power management and control center in the province’s power supply service companies and adjusted the settings of the power supply team.
